CT/PET SCANS RESULTS
It seemed like a bomb just dropped on us all over again! We didn't get a good result on Dave's latest scans. The disease is progressing and also the soft tissue along the omentum, adjacent to the hepatic margin is now more confluent ( running together ) and thickened and direct infiltration is suspected. It's all over again from a year ago when Dave was told that he has cancer. But this time, I am not crying. I know that God is in control and we will get through this for another year and more years to come.

I'm so very sorry about your latest CT results and my heart goes out to both of you. I only wish I could say something that would comfort you. I can remember
on June 8th when our oncologist told Sam he had a max of 3 months.
I didn't cry then but I have certainly done my share of it since August 10th. I continue to read everyone's blog everyday and wish the best for you. God Bless.

I am so sorry that the news of the last scan wasn't better, but we have to keep our hope going because there are miracles all the time. I am grateful that Dave has been active and getting lots of fishing in.
